The staff seemed like they’re just there to make their money. When we checked in that evening our pillows smelled like sweat all 8 of them. Called to get them replaced and they took 1hr after calling a second time and only brought one pillow, and told me to tell the morning lady to have them changed. The coffee maker had Mold!!! That looked like it had been months without use. If I could share a picture I would but there’s no upload on here. 5 nights $3500 definitely expected A LOT better.

We came here for a family vacation and greatly enjoyed our stay. There was a plethora of cuisine options and the facilities were kept very clean. The staff was always so friendly and helpful and the beach is so beautiful. Highly recommend for your next all inclusive stay.

We recently stayed at Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The property has been beautifully renovated – everything felt fresh, clean, and very well maintained. We chose to stay in the Elite Club section, and it made the trip even more special. Check-in was quick and seamless thanks to the Elite Club privileges. Our room was excellent – we stayed in a swim-out room, and it was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation with no crowds or rush. The Elite Club pools were equally impressive – upscale, beautifully kept, and surprisingly quiet, giving a very exclusive and laid-back vibe. The beach was another highlight – absolutely gorgeous with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views. Restaurants were generally very good, with only a few minor misses here and there, but overall, I would rate the dining experience a solid 7–8/10. Plus, there were always plenty of drink options available everywhere, so no complaints at all in that department! A special shout-out to the Splash Water Park – it was so much fun! The rides were exciting, and it added an extra layer of enjoyment to the trip, especially for families and adventure seekers. Overall, I would rate our experience a 10/10. Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro truly offers a fantastic all-inclusive experience, and we can't wait to return!
