Todas las fotos del lugar son viejas. Seguramente de cuando abrieron. Encontramos mugre, cucarachas, todo corroído, no habia agua caliente, no nos explicaron nada y la atención del staff bastante mala.

This property was not as advertised. The room was very dirty from the walls, dishes, bathrooms. The fridge was leaking and no one came to fix it, things were broken, patio door could not be locked, elevator broke. Would not stay here again.

The room did not have a microwave, the sofa bed was broken, the stove burners were disgusting, kitchen poorly stocked, no hand towels, dishrags, or washcloths, no hand soap, no daily cleaning, no deadlock on door, broken window latch, torn curtain, no beach towels or umbrellas at pool, not on the beach. The breakfast is at a restaurant down the street - good food. Feel the pictures and reviews are misleading. Certainly not a luxury motel.

False advertisement! Property IS NOT ON A PRIVATE BEACH. Washroom door was broken, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, kitchen was not clean. A complete scam when compared with reviews and pictures. Staff really tries hard to answer to every request but they cannot solve that the advertisement is a complete scam!

This hotel took my breath away. Rooftop pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea was the highlight of my trip. I could have stayed there forever. Our studio was large, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a kitchen that had everything I needed. Every evening, I sat on the pool deck watching the sun dip into the sea. The colors were unreal! staff were so kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I loved that the hotel was peaceful but still close to everything.

I stayed here for a week, and it was one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve ever had. My studio suite had a beautiful view of the next door resort, and the pool area was simply stunning.
