They was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately I did get stuck in the room due to the door malfunctioning it did take a while for them to come and fix it and even after they fix it, it was still hard to get in and out of but overall this property was very beautiful. People was very lovely very friendly And very helpful. I would say if you’re looking for a relaxing quiet stay this is where you should go, but if you’re looking for something partying, I would suggest a different hotel.

The resort was beautiful and clean, very large area to explore on both adults only and family side. The resort has many dining options, and my boyfriend and I loved Gourmet restaurant most, the service was quick and the food was delicious. There are cats running around the resort which was a bonus, they were very cute and friendly and we played with them a ton. Housekeeping could’ve been better, but we didn’t make a huge mess and didn’t need much tending to, but it would’ve been nice to have our sheets changed at least once during our stay; we must’ve had to request for it specifically. The beach is gorgeous and lots of loungers and beds to lay on, and lots of space from others. Overall, the stay was amazing, and we would definitely come back to Serenade All Suites and get around to the parts of the resort we hadn’t yet seen. I’d also like to thank Estefani for being very friendly, my boyfriend and I were on the beach looking for seashells and she came up to us and dug in her bag and pulled out a handful of shells we couldn’t find on the beach and gave them to us as a gift. We tipped her for her kindness and it made my day that she was so friendly.

Beautiful property. Lovely pools. Staff were a mixed bag but some were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a really poor food experience and several issues with cleanliness / hygiene. I felt 80% of the buffet food was constantly reheated and repurposed for days so almost everything had an ‘off’ or old or stale taste. We also had blood-stained sheets and towels in our room more than once, and also a lot of random hair and other unpleasant things on the floor, in the shower, etc. I know DR is a Spanish speaking country, but some of the staff had zero English so bear that in mind. I only have very basic Spanish and sometimes it was extremely hard to communicate. The pools close way too early, they start closing them some days at 4:30 and by 6 they’re empty. The on-site activities and amenities are poor. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it or go back.
This burger was raw and cold in the center and made me sick. I wouldn’t recommend any of the food from WIN sports bar or La Palopa the poolside bar. Inedible.

Pros: The environment is very energetic in the afternoon. The staff is positive and encourage you to have fun. Very funny and outgoing people. The drinks are really good. The internet was strong and it was easy to get around. Cons: There’s a strong seaweed smell but it’s not their fault obviously they’re next to the ocean. The food is about a 7/10. We had trouble getting our room service using the Tv feature (not that serious of a problem but something we did notice). Overall experience was pretty good and we would come back

Not a 5 star hotel, it lacked in service and accommodations. No A/C in any of the restaurants or buffets areas or hallways, pool did not open until 10am and closed at 6p, not friendly servers if they heard you speak in “an accent “ from countries that don’t tip or don’t tip enough, they would not come back to refill water or offer you another drink. The TV in the room did not work and we waited 4 hours for maintenance, housekeeping had to be ordered through the App and dinner reservations, but the app didn’t work so we kept getting delayed until we couldn’t make reservations for the restaurants. Steak restaurant was closed on Saturday, and limited options in buffet restaurant where food was mushy/soft due to the no A/C.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenade All Suites. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Felix for always being helpful and to Piña, the entertainer, who made every day more fun. That said, I’m taking one star off due to two main issues: the beach, unfortunately, was heavily affected by sargasso and the smell made it hard to enjoy. I know that’s out of the resort’s control, but it did impact the experience. Also, while the family side was nice, the food quality was inconsistent and overall pretty poor, which was disappointing. Aside from that, it’s a beautiful property and we had a great time overall!

A resort style hotel with mediocre food and bad drinks. No sparkling water because is for "Elite Customers Only". Clogged showers that no one cares about and Ia had to unclog it. No towels in the room when needed. The sorroundings of the Hotel are infested with piles of trash. Think it twice before get into a Serenade facility. NEVER AGAIN.
