Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Cons: Rooms held a lot of moisture, making everything feel wet. They needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. There was dried spit toothpaste all over behind the sink wall. The sink handles had dried toothpaste caked all over them. The floor had white residue near under the sink. I dropped an earring under sink so dirty like it never gets swept. Our first room had mold on the mattress. We had to move rooms. Would benefit from a better ventilation system. When someone is using the restroom & another in the shower the ventilation system runs in the shower & is very unpleasant smell. Beach: had seaweed build up & was dark waters our trip, so couldn't enjoy it. Multiple bars throughout even a swim up bar, but each one you went to made same drink u order previously completely different. You really should know Spanish to communicate well w/staff but not a must to visit, but would definitely have helped. Pros: stocked fridge daily few different drinks. We had a pool out our patio doors-extra $. Pool towels daily. Room service. All inclusive food & alcohol too. The food was delicious w/a variety! Service was great! People very nice! Beautiful place & you could enjoy the all adults where we were & all the family side too. There were nice lawn furniture on the beach & by the 4 pools you could use on the adult only side. They provide slippers, robe, hair dryer,comb, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lofa, toothbrush & toothpaste, shower cap, disposable razor, shaving cream & moisturizer.
