I liked that the resort was clean and beautiful. Drinks and food are always available and you would never go hungry. Different variations of food. The best one is the steak house. It was truly delicious. The cons: 1. workers rarely smile at you. Some of them look like they really don't want to serve or work. 2. They wasted 4 hours trying to get us to be members with them. They wouldn't take the word no as an answer and they wanted us to pay taxes if we say no.

Very clean very nice rooms. Plenty of food options. It’s so nice you can walk next door to the family side where they have the theater and nightclub. Took a star off for 2 reasons. The beach you will be harassed by people trying to sell you excursions and guys with birds and reptiles trying to get you to take a pic for money. The buffet staff is very rude on the family side and the bartenders are not friendly. They were reluctant to serve us drinks but did so as they had no choice. I had bartenders make me a drink in my old cup with no new ice and the old lime wedge that I already sucked on. That was disappointing. Once you learn to not be nice and just demand a drink you’ll be fine. But if you start out nice you’ll be disappointed. Other than that it was great.

Nicole and Duani from the Family side coffee bar. Jordan at the holding bar. Joel del le Paz and Ariel Cedano. I ate at the Braseria Steak house. The marinated chicken legs wrapped in bacon almost put me in a food coma. So good in my opinion. Also enjoyed the Lemon Squid and Lobster Cream.

The beach was nearly unusable because of the seaweed. They were working to clear it, but leaving giant piles on the beach smelled so bad we just had to avoid the beach for our trip. We were never told about a limit on A La Carte reservations, but were limited to 4 for a 6 night trip. The app that you use to book things is pretty easy, but the menus shown are NOT accurate, so dont waste your time looking at them. When you get to the restaurants, they will have you scan a QR code that takes you to the accurate menu. The resort property is easy to navigate and find things. During check in we were not given towel cards, so when we went to get towels, the employee was very rude to us about not having cards. Much of the staff was rude, especially in the Koi restaurant. We waited over 40 minutes after our reservation time and eventually had to leave and go to the buffet as nobody came by the table to take our order. Two exceptions, Omi at the Sand Beach bar and Martha serving drinks at the pools were very nice and helpful! The staff at the Sports bar were also very rude and the food was never warm. Not one time... They had a lot of activities going on for those who wish to stay on resort for their trip.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiter we at the Italian restaurant on the family side was very rude didn’t want to take our order we sat there for 20 mins with not even a glass of water. But overall it’s a lovely property. Very clean

This property is beautiful and very well maintained. We had a master suite with the outside jacuzzi. The jacuzzi took a long time to fill up, we just had to plan it if we wanted to use it. Very well worth it at the end of an excursion day. The master suit is huge, it’s a mini apt. 2 full bathrooms with showers with the master a stand alone tub. Staff was courteous and accommodating. We stayed at the adults only side. My only wish is that the adult side had more adult evening activities. The bars and the disco stayed open til 2am on the family side.

The service was excellent. The beach unfortunately not pleasant as other places in Punta Cana. This year the amount of zargasos is terrible despite the efforts of the workers that every day are cleaning the shores from sunrise to sunset.

Property is really nice and clean but communication with the staff is very hard (and they don’t smile easily) Dining is very limited and the buffet is redundant (good food though). The chemicals used in the pool are very strong. Although it’s supposed to be a 5 star resort, I’d say it’s more a 3.5 stars
