This brand-new condo is very well equipped; and it’s ideally situated in the heart of Punta Cana.  Each condo has a view of a huge lake (lagoon) with a beach; however, this adorable 1-bedroom condo has a new pull-out sofa bed allowing 1 more adult guest, or 2 small children. 

The view from this condo is one of the best turquoise views in the community because the condo is positioned looking straight to the center of this crystal-clear body of water. It’s like a massive swimming pool with a beach!  Perfect for novice swimmers and children as it gradually slopes to a center depth of only 6 feet deep.  The water is an eco-friendly technology with limited chemicals, making it easy on the eyes, hair and skin.  This lagoon lake is big enough to enjoy kayaking or canoeing (no motor sports).

The brand, “Crystal Lagoons” is a revolutionary concept located in over 600 resorts and condo communities worldwide.  Imagine a beachy vacation just steps away, without the stress of lugging or loading lots of beach paraphernalia or fighting for a lounge chair.

THE BEACH AT CITY PLACE is perfectly located next to the modern Downtown Punta Cana Mall and commercial area, with 2 larger supermarkets, numerous casual and formal restaurants, and only a 15-minute drive to the Punta Cana International Airport.  Meaning, upon arrival, you’ll be at your rental condo promptly and will be met by your check-in host who can answer any questions you may have.

If you’re not planning to rent a car, no problem.  Our agency provides airport transfers upon request.  The driver can even stop at the supermarket before your check-in so you can stock up on food, munchies and drinks.

There are so many other attractions a short drive or casual walking distance away.  Places like the world renowned Coco Bongo night club, the Hard Rock Punta Cana café, Dolfin Adventure, A sports recreational area with paddleball (or pickleball), basketball, soccer, etc. Caribbean Cinemas, a church, lots of dining options, with the amazing Batu restaurant which hosts the Caribbean lake wakeboard and kids inflatable water activity center .

Uber or shuttles can provide transportation to the renowned Pearl Beach Club…directly on the beach.  Known also as a beach wedding destination, and by night, a live entertainment area.  Located only a 10-minute drive away.  So be sure you have the Uber app on your phone before you depart.  Ubers are very safe here.
