Very unique colonial-tropical style villa built in two blocks, in one of which are the bedrooms and in other common areas. Between both, the porch, the terrace and the large pool with a very original semicircular shape.
This Villa has 5 bedrooms on two floors, 4 doubles (two of them with two double beds) and a smaller one with a single bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning, fans, walk-in-closet, TV and integrated bathroom. It allows to stay up to 10 adults and 3 children, whenever they want to share Queen beds in the double bed dormitories. Two bedrooms have direct access to the pool.The others are on the top floor with a nice and cozy terrace overlooking the garden.
In one of the sides there is a cozy gazebo with a cane roof. The imposing garden, with lush vegetation and large native trees is a fundamental part of this property, which also has a natural freshwater lagoon.
Another advantage offered by this beautiful villa to its guests, is the proximity to Casa Club Puntacana Resort & Club, with its beautiful beach, pool and restaurants (5 minutes walk).
Included in the price is an exquisite butler service and cleaning maid.
