All of our properties are inside privately own resorts which require passport or ID information in order to grant access to its premises. The property's concierge will ask you for this information a few days before your arrival as it is a requirement from the resort in order for guests to access.

This property has cameras turned on in the lateral and front areas of the house, none of this cameras are facing the pools nor any private areas of the house but they are situated in the walkways and service areas of the house. The cameras that are present in some of the open common areas of the house are turned off during rentals in order to provide guests with all expected privacy.

Please be aware that this cameras can't be removed but will be turned off during rentals.
