Begin your mornings with breakfast prepared by our cook, then head out to explore Punta Mita by golf cart — whether it’s a beach club visit, a round of golf, or a leisurely ride around the community. Afternoons are best spent relaxing at the house, enjoying the breeze, or gathering with family in the inviting living spaces. Every detail is designed to make your stay comfortable, easy, and truly relaxing.

  • Guest Bedroom 1: Two Queen-size beds, ensuite bathroom with outdoor shower — ideal for families or couples traveling together

  • Guest Bedroom 2: Two Full-size beds plus a bunk bed with two single beds, ensuite bathroom — perfect for children


**All bedrooms include air conditioning, luxury linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and ample storage**

Total: 3 bedrooms | 3.5 bathrooms | Sleeps up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults + 2 children).
There is an extra fee of $50 USD per person per night for any guest after 8 guests.

The house is beautiful and looks brand new. They did an amazing job with the decoration. Las Palmas is a very nice community and a great value for the money. You can see the golf course from the living room and bit of ocean from the pool area. Rubi cooked us amazing breakfasts and Sandra was very attentive with our needs. I will definitely come back soon
