Great place to take in relaxing views from the rooftop. Close to everything; the different assortment of restaurants/food stands, the beach access, and all the amenities that you have in a small town. It was exactly what I wanted. Thanks for having me over.

Great location

This property is perfect. Super clean and modern with internet! Close to the water, walking distance to the town center. The upstairs patio has beautiful views and a great place to meet neighbors from other places. Daniel and Aida were very accommodating. The place will be my go to place to stay in Punta de Mita!!!! Can’t wait to come back and surf more!!

El inmueble muy bien, tanto el departamento como el roof garden, solo falto comunicación para la asignación de un lugar en el estacionamiento para mi vehículo y para el control de apertura de puerta para vehículo.
