Just returned from an incredible week in beautifulPunta Mita! Michael’s wonderful condo in Hacienda de Mita was perfect for our gathering and lovely Susanna was absolutely amazing - cooking the most delicious breakfasts for us every morning, keeping everything tidy and helping with laundry- what a treat!!! We enjoyed the pools, beach clubs, golf and peaceful veranda overlooking the beach. The concierge service was exemplary with Isabel and Abraham helping us before and during our stay. A truly amazing stay in paradise!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were incredible. Every morning we had a beautiful sunrise. Suzanna’s cooking (and Gema for one day) was better than most of the items we ordered at the restaurants. Her cheesecake is delicious! And she kept the place nice and clean. Thank goodness for the air conditioning. It worked really well and kept us cool. The pool is mostly about 4’ tall so even people who didn’t know how to swim felt comfortable going in to cool down from the hot weather. The only thing where we felt misled was that the posting said we had access to the Four Seasons and St. Regis “amenities.” Yes, it is accessible via the roads with the golf cart, but no, you CANNOT use their pools (which I consider an amenity). You can only go into the Four Seasons if you have a reservation at one of their restaurants. The concierge was very helpful. We had one snafu but they did their best to rectify the issue. Overall, a good time was had by all and a lot of it was because of the condo and Suzanna!

We had the most amazing vacation! Our concierge Abraham along with Isabella made our stay seamless. We ordered groceries, scheduled a chef, etc and they made everything so easy. We got a golf cart tour on our first day to show us around. We loved our housekeeper Icstel. The condo was spotless, and she makes the most delicious breakfasts and lunches. We also really enjoyed the location of the property. We walked into town several times to eat and shop. You just have to walk through a monitored gate. We had access to several different beach clubs, but unfortunately all were closed except for one. However, we actually really enjoyed going this time of year, because we basically had the pools, beaches, restaurants, and clubs to ourselves! The kitchen has basic spices and has everything you need to make a great meal. The beach outside of the condo is very rocky, so we did not get in the water here. The rocks do not deter the surfers, so we enjoyed watching them everyday. The beds are firm if that matters to anyone. We look forward to returning!! Hopefully sooner rather than later!

Found Our New “Maui”

This is a hidden gem in Punta Mita. From the beachfront access to the comforts of the apartment and the easy access into town- it was ideal. The staff (Isabella and Rosina) makes all the difference- as it was very easy to plan for the stay and Susana was amazing at making us feel welcomed as well as making amazing meals for us each day. We will be coming back once again and staying here be it with a group but most likely just my wife and I as its that peaceful.

The unit was immaculate and everyone was so helpful. The views were great and being on the waterfront near the gates to town was the best. This trip to PM was our second, and each time we learn more about the area. The wonderful concierge arranged in room massages as well as paddle boards at the beach club for us. Amazing location & views...we will be back!

Fantastic location overlooking a beautiful stretch of beach. We found the condo to be spacious enough for our 3 kids, my wife, and I. Amazing outdoor balcony with sliding pocket doors, which we opened often to create a true indoor/outdoor feel. Bedrooms were great - basically two masters (one with a great view) and a third bedroom with two beds. The fourth bedroom / bunk room is small, so that is worth knowing if you are planning on using it (we didn't). Susana was wonderful - amazing food, so friendly and accommodating. Her English is not great, but that was a good reason for me to dust off my rusty Spanish (and Susana and my wife used google translate with no problem). The golf cart was great and allowed us to explore all of Punta de Mita - we enjoyed each of the beach clubs, all for different reasons. We loved this spot and have now recommended it to other friends. We will be back!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo! It was nice being directly on the beautiful beach, to watch the whales and my kids surf the break directly out front of the property. The golf cart was also a blast to drive around town and beach clubs- our family of 5 fit perfectly. The beach club memberships were key to so much of our fun. The only thing I wish I would've known before arriving is that it's actually a 3 bedroom condo. The 4th room is really only a bonus room if you need an additional room for a child to sleep in but the housekeeper, Susana spread out out cleaning supplies in the 4th room, did laundry and ironing- it was basically her workspace and couldn't be used as a guest room. However, our family of 5 was very comfortable in the remaining 3 bedrooms and Susana did a wonderful job cleaning and cooking during our trip. Her food was delicious! We'll be back.

Incredible Trip

Fantastic stay at condo 206 in Hacienda de Mita. The pictures are a very accurate depiction of the property. 3 large, ensuite bedrooms and a 4th that was great for our two kids (age 5 and 7), with bunk beds (would not be ideal for a couple/older children). Susanna was amazing - her breakfasts/lunch/dinners were all exceptional and she kept the place very clean. The location is fantastic - right on the beach (with great surfing), extremely close to the town (with great restaurants), and within easy golf cart distance to beach clubs, Four Seasons, St. Regis. Property came with access to all beach clubs and the golf course, which was used almost every day.Overall a fantastic stay and I would gladly return.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Punta Mita

We were looking for an alternative to our typical expensive Four Seasons Thanksgiving week and have discovered Punta Mita. The condo is centrally located between all of the available beach clubs. Each club comes with its own flavor but all have great chairs with shade and excellent service. Each has its own restaurant with very reasonable prices. We chose to spend two days at the St Regis beach club which was lovely but has a minimum food and beverage purchase of $85 per person. With the exception of Sufi Beach Club you should plan to arrive no later than 9:45am to get premium chairs. The condo was right on the beach with incredible sunrise views. It is spacious with 3 full rooms and a fourth (maids quarters) with bunk beds. This room would only work for very young kids. The condo came with Susana who cooked breakfasts for us and cleaned the rooms each day. This condo is also directly next to the private entrance to the little town. Groceries, pharmacies and outside restaurants are just steps away.

Punta Mita Paradise

This property was everything we could have expected and more. Everything was in great working order and the unit is very well maintaned. Suzzana and the concierge were fantastic to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately rent again.

Vacation in Paradise

This was a wonderful week in Punta Mita! The Condo was amazing, just as pictured. Susana made the most delicious breakfasts. She always had fresh salsa and guacamole and fresh made margaritas for us after coming back from the different beach clubs. We will come back again.
