Close to Bolongo is the magic village of Sayulita, the cheerful surfer village where you will be delighted walking around with flip flops and shorts all day long. For access to the facilities, the complex administration provides wristbands during check-in. These have an additional cost of $100 MXN per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding.

WARNING FOR REMOTE WORKERS: INTERNET AND PHONE SIGNAL
Please note that the resort is located in a privileged setting surrounded by lush nature, so the internet connection may be intermittent during your stay. There is also no internet connection in common areas.

PARKING
You will have two parking lots in the building available during your stay.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Punta Mita to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

TEMPORARILY POOL MAINTENANCE
We would like to inform you that the pool located directly in front of the condo is temporarily closed for maintenance. However, you will still have full access to the other pools within the complex, which remain open and in excellent condition for your enjoyment.
Electricity limit per night is 100kwh included. Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature maximum at 23°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property. In case of exceeding the nightly limit the guest will be charged the $3.5 mxn per extra kWh.

Electricity is not included in stays over 20 nights. This fee will be charged every month or a day before check-out in stays shorter than a month. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $3.5 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

**In case the guest cancels, please note that if a refund is applicable, Payment Processing Fees are non-refundable.
