A spacious living/dining room (5 x 4 meters) includes a dining area and space for two sofas that convert into beds. The living room can be divided by curtains into a separate living area and an additional room with two beds. Total covered area: 42 m²

Safe inside the bedroom. Air conditioning is only in the living room (which also serves as the second bedroom). The bedroom has only a ceiling fan.
The building has an indoor heated pool on the ground floor. There is a games room with ping pong and a pool table, a small cinema, 24-hour reception and security, and a laundry room with automatic machines (fee applies per use).
The apartment has exercise equipment (dumbbells, weights, a barbell, resistance bands, etc.).
The apartment has several closets with ample storage space for clothes and other items. However, some closets and overhead cabinets are locked and cannot be used, as they contain the apartment's belongings.
