A beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the marina in the desirable Harbour Towers section of Burnt Store Marina. The gated community features the deepest marina on the west coast of Florida and a 27 hole golf course. Located minutes from Fisherman's village and downtown Punta Gorda. It is a short trip to Fort Myers, Boca Granda, Siesta Key, Cape Coral, and the Englewood Beaches. Food options inside the gated community include the Cass Cay restaurant & bar that overlooks the marina and the Linkside cafe that sits on the Golf course. There is a water taxi available with day trips to Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Dolphin Tours, and Sunset Cruises.

The unit is located on the second floor (an elevator is available). There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and disposal. Full-size washer and dryer. A boat ramp is located near the property, and boat slips are typically available to be rented from Burnt Store Marina.
