Resort living at it's finest! Fantastic fully furnished condo in gated community on 2nd floor(top floor) with the best golf course views in the community. The condo is a 2 bed, 2 bath with den/office that has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and smart TV and the Den has a smart TV and a desk for those who may have to work a little on vacation. The condo also has a one car detached garage. When you transfer the amenities, you have access to all amenities to include: pickleball, tennis, bocce, fitness center, spa, salon and main resort pool with zero entry as well as multiple satellite pools throughout the community. Best feature of all is once you transfer the golf membership, you are a full member of the recently acclaimed Gordon Lewis golf course and you are only required to pay for cart fee for each round. This community is located just a short drive to gorgeous downtown Punta Gorda, Charlotte Harbor to the north, and Cape Coral, Fort Myers to the south. Less than 10 miles to Punta Gorda Airport and 45 mins to Fort Myers airport. If the beach is your thing, you are less than 35 miles to multiple beaches and approximately 60 miles to Siesta Key Beach.
