Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is right next to guest bathroom with a shower. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Enjoy fully stocked kitchen for home cooked meals and beautiful water view from screened in covered lanai just outside of the living room. One assigned parking space right in front of the unit and extra spaces always available in guest parking.

Community is newly updated and showcases large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, picnic area and a club house.

You’ll have easy access to freeway and from there take a 20-30 min drive down to Fort Myers for Top Golf or drive 45 min up to Sarasota to visit Ringling Museum and beautiful water front downtown.
