     Deep Creek offers a wonderful location of quiet community yet close to shopping and dining and a short drive to Gulf beaches or river enjoyment of the Peace river.

 

     Designed with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this home can sleep a total of 6 people.

     Enjoy the cozy living room after a day enjoying Florida at its finest. Take advantage of the spacious open kitchen with a large window overlooking the lanai. Enjoy your meals in the comfortable dining room or head out to the covered and enclosed patio for al fresco dining by the water.

     The enclosed back patio has a gorgeous private pool for guest enjoyment. 

     Bedroom Layout:

Master Bedroom- King Bed / Ensuite / Lanai access

Second Bedroom- Two Twin Beds 

Third Bedroom- Queen Size / Lanai access

     This pool faces north and has a private backyard- as there are protected woodlands directly behind the house. 

     We offer beach supplies including chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. We have float toys for the pool and bikes are available for guest use as well. There are plenty of books for a rainy day as well as a few board games.

     Comes with a full-size washer and dryer.

     Garage available for guest use 

     BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

     Distances:

The beautiful beaches of Englewood are a short 30-minute drive away.

Publix and Walmart are about 10 minutes away.

Deep Creek Golf Club is less than 3 miles away.

Public Boat Ramp at Harbour Heights Park for easy access to the water by boat. 

     We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
