The resort is amazing! Pool area is great! Food court was great people very helpful. The Tiki restaurant will never go again. Staff at restaurant not friendly, steak not cooked properly, was charged 2x. Called them and they said it’s a mess up but won’t be charged. The resort is amazing!

Not impressed with the staff or services at all. The room service made one bed, not the other. They never refilled the toilet paper, coffee, sugar or creamers. We had to call down for them to bring them to us. They never “cleaned” the room. They over charged me for 6 nights of valet parking when we were only there for two and the lady at check out knew that but gave me the bill anyways. If I didn’t point it out , they were just going to make me pay it. Apparently you need reservations for the adult pool but that was never told to us until we went to the pool and they said there’s no seats left, they had all been reserved. However the way they said it was rude and made us feel like we weren’t welcome at all. They need training for the staff at the hotel for sure. The amenities were great and food was good. The waitresses around the adult pool ended up being great when we got into the pool.

Crazy to know that apart of the reservation, you have to pay 25% more for the resort fees. Part of not using any of the resort because I used the hotel for rest after long drive. They also don’t have room service. NO FOOD to the room. That’s is critical.

We had a rough check in. Wasn't told we were in bldg 3 that was a very long walk w tons of luggage and extreme heat . Found out later we cld have checked in there or got a golf cart ride there.we had a good time but a bit of trouble w the air conditioning at night too. Thats why i gave it a 4

Excellent in all aspects. Only thing I missed was no beach. Spent July 4th. There were fireworks everywhere

Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our time there. The rooftop pool was awesome. The steak house was absolutely amazing. Make sure to get a harbor view room.

What an amazing place. My wife and I went with some friends for some relaxation and this place was perfect. The roof top pool was great. Highly recommend the steak house, food was amazing. Definitely will be back there soon
