Inside, the bright, open-concept design features soaring ceilings, coastal décor, and comfortable spaces for families, couples, friends, or remote workers. The primary suite includes a king bed and private bath, while the additional bedrooms offers 2 queen bed and a twin trundle.



Step outside to enjoy the screened lanai, optional heated pool, gas grill, and private dock. Fish from the dock, launch a kayak, or explore Punta Gorda's scenic canal system, where you may spot dolphins and manatees.



The fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, and dedicated game room with a pool table, ping-pong, and arcade games provide everything you need for a comfortable and entertaining stay. Dogs are welcome, too.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:

Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.

Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.

Televisions will be unplugged.

Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.

Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.

Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)

Beautiful home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well maintained property that included everything we needed for our two week stay. The outside pool and lanai area with the gas fire pit was our go to place every evening. Location of the house was close to shopping and many restaurants. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking in Punta Gorda!

This house fit everything we were looking for, spacious, clean and well kept. It rained a majority of our stay but the under cover patio with TV was a fantastic place to relax. Great pool with great TV’s and new appliances. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

The house was very nice but the bed rooms were hot and not a lot of air in the bedrooms. We had the thermostat set at 72 but everyone complained it was too hot in all three bedrooms.

Beautiful, like new!

This property was immaculate,including the well kept tropical landscaping. Property manager very responsive.Be aware: if you have dogs with you ant traps are placed around the house, I found my dog chewing on one. Also, no condiments since house is so new. I'm used to having staples in the house like salt and pepper, spices and condiments. Small stuff considering all the pros. The game room is great and it was a blast from the past playing the old arcade games!We would definitely stay again .
