The resort was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was one of the best I’ve been to for the white soft sand and low seaweed. The food was amazing everywhere we went on the resort. We didn’t feel the need to upgrade for the extra 2 restaurants because the food was so well done at the ones we had access to. The staff is all super friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. The resort had a very peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The swim out pool was the perfect temperature to lounge in for as long as you want without getting cold. I would absolutely return to this resort.

Consistency in pool temperature. It was very difficult to plan our days during cooler weather. The bed linens were terrible. They felt like plastic. No irons on the property. We weren’t able to wear half of the clothes we brought because there wasn’t an iron and we were not able to get into several of the restaurants because we didn’t have appropriate attire. Steamers do not work the same as an iron. Lastly, making requests on the app was useless. We sent several different messages and the response was always to ask at the front desk. Don’t encourage the use of the app if you can’t help with anything via the chat feature.

Room was Great and Clean! I would add some snacks to higher end bar. All were pastries. Maybe cheese and crackers. Overall enjoyed my stay. The resort and the room were excellent. Public areas were kept very clean although the club lounge was quite small. The food was overall good in terms of resort food. Sake experience was quite lacking and would not recommend. Overall the service staff were just slow and all seemingly hated being asked for their service, this included at the restaurants, room service and at the bars. Staff at the pools were also slow, and did not like when requesting a service (such as towels or drinks). We had them call us multiple times in the morning about a leak from our jacuzzi and told us they would send maintenance while we were out. They never followed up on the leak and we still saw water leaking into the terrace. They also had staff come into the room to clean while we were out for dinner. When we got back our safety deposit box was locked and we had to call and wait for security for over an hour until they came to unlock it. I understand it's procedure for them if the cleaning staff comes in and sees the box unlocked they will get security. However, leaving a note or a message would have been appreciate as we did not know what happened until security came over an hour later.
