We recently returned home from a week's stay at SLS Playa Mujeres, and it truly was an exceptional experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The restaurants and quality of food were outstanding. We booked a King Elite room with a Marina View. The room itself was lovely and well- appointed. However, I would highly recommend booking an Ocean View room, as the Marina View is somewhat limited and doesn't capture the full beauty of the property. A special shout out to Luis, our butler, who ensured our stay was completely stress free and relaxing and to Axel, who helped with some pre-trip planning and surprised us with a special amenity for our anniversary- such a thoughtful touch! We also want to recognize Leonel and Berni, our wonderful servers at lotus and Union, whose attentiveness and warmth truly enhanced our dining experiences. The service throughout the resort was exceptional- the staff went above and beyond to make every moment special. SLS Playa Mujeres exceeded our expectations- and we will definitely return- next time we'll be sure to choice the ocean view!

The hotel is at 30% I keep it just wasn’t a welcoming stay some people were nice. The customer service was horrible. The way they treated us as we were excellent left a poor taste in my mouth. The food at Cleo was good. The steakhouse was mediocre and so was the Asian restaurant I heard the Mexican was good, but we didn’t get a chance to try . If you’re not gonna book the elite stay , just don’t stay here at all.

They gave us a room. Next to the elevator and door to the outside my baby could not fall asleep, every night people go back to their rooms take the. elevator next to our room, loud speaking,walking with heels we would hear too much noise, i asked to switch a room they told us no rooms avaliable at this time, the restaurants are limited to what they serve, lunch every day is same food only two places were open for lunch, not happy at all my vacation was ruined 😑

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was nice. However, it didn’t really feel like a five-star hotel — more like a four-star experience. Lunch options were limited, and dinner required advance reservation, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, all four of us experienced some stomach discomfort after dining at the hotel and after the trip we still having diarrhea. Not sure if it was due to the food or the water. I hope the management can improve food hygiene and offer more dining choices.
