Due to its exceptional location, the house is often above the clouds, creating stunning light conditions during the day and ideal stargazing opportunities at night.

The main house combines traditional Canary-style elements with modern comfort. The kitchen with dining area under a wooden ceiling is well equipped, and the recently renovated bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.

There are two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, heating, and direct access to the glazed terrace, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a partially open wall—ideal for children.

The glazed terrace is a highlight, offering protected outdoor living with panoramic views. In front, a seating area under the Algarrobo tree provides shade and character.

A private courtyard with BBQ area and a separate living building with fireplace and seating area offer additional space to relax.

Despite its peaceful setting, Puntagorda village is just a short drive away.
