Very clean and modern; a bit of an oasis in a rather economically distressed town. Excellent shower/bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff, very good restaurant/bar, and a very nice pool.

The staff was courteous. The room had no hot water. Which meant the Jacuzzi that I paid extra for I couldn’t use because there was no hot water to fill it up. My room was located on the street and was very loud all night from the street like a drag street. I will not stay here again.

The room was wonderful, the pool was really nice and the staff was extremely nice. The only issue we had was that the bathroom's sewer system was very smelly. We got some air fresheners because it was very intense but otherwise we lived staying there

Hotel was only ok. One thin blanket on the bed, no extra toilet paper. Staff was nice. Puntarenas is very sketchy and i wouldn't suggest walking at night. Beach side was covered in trash and the guys trimming the grass left any trash. Not anything to do.
