With a full bathroom on every floor, our home is the perfect home-away-from-home for your group!

Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the owner's closets and storage areas, which are locked. Additionally, we are storing a mower in the garage, though you will have garage access.

As the property manager, I or a member of our team will be available during your stay if you need anything at all.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to W&OD Trail. Features include a hot tub and laundry facilities. A jetted tub and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Wonderful Family Retreat in PurcellvilleOur three-generation family of twelve stayed here in July, and it was the perfect home base for our time together. The house offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the layout worked great for both quiet time and group gatherings.The large yard was a favorite — perfect for yard games and relaxing- as long as we limited it to mornings and evenings as July is hot in VA :). We even spotted deer a few times, which added a magical touch to our stay.When something unexpectedly broke on the 4th of July, we were so impressed that—even on a holiday—the owner responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of right away. That kind of attentiveness made us feel well cared for.The home was clean, well-equipped, and in a peaceful location that was still close to everything we needed. We made so many special memories and would absolutely recommend this home to other families or groups looking for a relaxing and roomy place to stay.

Sadly not as expected

While the location is beautiful, this house felt more like a frat pad - very little amenties, plates, utensils and not even a toaster! The dining room table was dismantled. No curtains on first floor master bedroom windows. House is dated, not what I expected from the photos.
