Staff was great. The cleanliness of the room not so much. There was hair in the sinks, the (2) toilets were dirty, there was toothpaste splatter on the mirror and faucets. I don’t think the bathroom was cleaned before we got there. The floor could have been cleaned better. There were garment tags and hair here and there. Overall the stay was pleasant. Beautiful place.

It was like staying in a fairy tale castle. The place is spotless, with great spacios rooms and immaculately designed common areas. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and really helpful. Idyllic views and tasty breakfast. Highly recommend!
