This is the perfect place for 2-3 friendly families or a group of friends looking for a break in the heart of the Ramucko-Napiwodzka Forest, just 21 km from Olsztyn. Discover the charms of this rustic house, which sleeps up to 13 people, combining brick and wooden elements in a spacious 150m² area.
The interior of the house provides complete comfort and cosiness. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. The first floor of the house offers 6 bedrooms : 5 doubles and 1 triple., a bathroom with shower and separate 2 toilets. Thus, there is a place for everyone, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay.
The house on a plot of 1100m², fenced and wooded with 100 year old pine trees, creates the perfect conditions for relaxing in the open air. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture, a detached bungalow with sauna and shower, a brick barbecue with a table and wooden benches for feasting, a table tennis table in the garage and a sandpit for children in front of the terrace and a basket for playing basketball suspended from a tree. These amenities will make every day spent around the cottage full of joy and relaxation.
The surroundings of the cottage offer numerous attractions. Lake Gim, just 200-250 m away, impresses with its clear water and is ideal for fishing and quiet lovers. The proximity of forest paths makes it easy to organise walks and bike rides, and the region is rich in mushrooms and berries. There is also a seasonal bar nearby. There are two restaurants and a self-service shop approx. 4 km away which ensures access to all necessary services. A children's amusement park approx. 3 km from the house.
