Hotel.com is a cheater web according to hotel .

Very bad behaviour when I arrive at hotel they told us their r not any booking of urs the online booking r broker they cheat u and told us if u want room give more money above the booking price .we look the hotel rooms but the hotel and rooms are very bad smell and not clean .I stay an other hotel.
