It shows 'Pranab Sadan' at the time booking, but the booking is issued in the name of 'Hotel Glory and Pranab Sadan'. There's not hotel with name 'Glory and Pranab Sadan', but instead there are two hotels with names 'Glory' and 'Pranab Sadan'. The staff kept my parents waiting more than an hour saying that the they haven't received any booking in their name. After a while confirmed that there's a booking. The room provided is different from what's shown. It's also dirty and the bathroom door knobs are not working. The staff are rude making jokes. Kindly remove it from Expedia and don't prefer this.
