The surrounding area is not only watery, but also large forests border the Baltic Sea.
To the marvelous white city Putbus with Theater u. Park is about 2km. From Lauterbach you can take the Rasenden Roland to Göhren. If you are a bit sporty, you can cycle to the beautiful Mönchgut peninsula on the Greifswald Bodden.
The apartment is located in our family house, where we live as a landlord himself, with separate entrance. The apartment is functional and tastefully furnished. It is a combined living and bedroom and an extra kitchen.
