The Haus Katharina is located at the port of Lauterbach and is a well maintained house with 10 apartments. Near the marina with its maritime flair and its natural beauty. Opposite you have the nature reserve island of Vilm. They have a balcony overlooking the island of Vilm.  Initial supply of bed linen and towels are provided. Your parking is at the house. A covered cycle stand is located behind the house. Breakfast is possible in the hotel next door.

HK 2 room 108:
2 room apartment with balcony, double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room and a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. Coffee machine and toaster. Cot and high chair for the smallest preorder please.

Für einen Urlaub zu zweit wundervoll geeignet

Sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen ohne Einschränkungen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolle Tage auf der Insel Rügen - App. 108 ist nur zu empfehlen

Schon beim Öffnen der Tür fühlt man sich wohl. Das App.108 ist stimmig eingerichtet und bietet daher einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor. (Letzte Renovierung 2017 - das merkt man) Das Boxspringbett ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Ostseebäder Sellin oder Binz sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In Lauterbach selbst, ist man in ein paar Fußschritten am Lauterbacher Hafen, da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt buchen wir auf jeden Fall erneut das App.108 im Haus Katharina.
