Regarding the booking policy, check-in is scheduled between 15:00 and 20:00 and must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior. Check-out is by 10:00. Out-of-hours check-ins and check-outs may be accommodated subject to availability and for an additional fee of €20 to €40 for arrivals post 20:00. Please note that parties and events are not permitted, and smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A final cleaning fee of €280 is applicable.
