We stayed for the mudgee cycle classic, it’s close to the event area (about 1klm) and so we were happy with the facilities, the room was large and the shower and amenities were great. Overall happy with the stay.

I really like the appearance of the property, the rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated. However the breakfast experience wasn’t great. No one knew what was happening, our food took about 35mins to come out delaying our whole day. There were only 2 options on the kids menu and of course the waffles wasn’t available and that’s the only thing the children wanted. The chais were not flavoured and tasted like plain milk. On check in we were told that the pool was closed as well. There were no discounts offered or anything to make up for this. Overall it’s a great location, easy to get in to town and we would have loved it so much more if the service was up to par.

Very pleasantly surprised at the Studio room which was huge, updated and fresh. Had a freestanding bath also. Bed was very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed brekky too, which was very good value for money. I liked that it was not a buffet. Unfortunately, we were on the ground floor (110) and whoever was in the room above us had no consideration for anyone else's comfort. Sounded like a herd of elephants over several hours. Security was called and it stopped. This is not the fault of the hotel, but I would certainly book a 2nd floor room in future. Would definitely return.

I’ve stayed at Parklands Resort when it was the country comfort. I’ve been going there for 32yrs. On my way to Sydney or back or just a quick get away from our property being only 2 hrs away. Love all the facilities it has to offer and it’s a quiet location. Close enough to Mudgee and all its wonderful restaurants, cafes, pubs, great boutiques art and vineyards. The countryside is gorgeous. Just wish they hadn’t stop using microwave s in the rooms.

Room was modern and spacey, view outside was very nice but cleanliness of room and shower was poor and not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
