Outdoors: Private enclosed garden of 2000m² with a gate leading to the forest at the rear. 100m² terrace, 2 bicycles available, table tennis, Molkky, darts, and pétanque.
Fiber optic Wi-Fi, garage for motorcycles. Detached 1970s house, single-story, with hiking trails on site. Water sports on the Charente are nearby. Bright and comfortable cottage with no overlooked views.
