It has two bedrooms including a double and a family room with a double and a single, there is also a family shower room, it can sleep five people. Also on the inside there is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and a multi-fuel stove. To the outside there is roadside parking to the rear of the cottage and a back garden with a gravel area and a patio with furniture. 40 New Row is a charming cottage in a fantastic location.



The Neighborhood:

This town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula which is one of the most scenic parts of Wales, renowned for scenery, walks, beaches and golf courses. This town offers shops, pubs and restaurants and a marina holding 400 boats. The town boasts two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for sailing and watersports.
