Beautifully renovated, and brand new for 2023, Peace Retreats Penthouse offers a modern, stylish townhouse apartment for up to 11 guests in the Welsh coastal town of Pwllheli.
Located just 500m from prestigious European Blue Flag Award awarded beaches, this delightful accommodation is perfect for families and friends seeking some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and escape to the coast for a tranquil retreat.
Head through the main entrance, and up to the first-floor apartment where you will find a spacious lounge/dining room, with beautiful electric fireplace, Smart TV with Sky, and WIFI included for guest use. A superb modern and well-equipped kitchen, where you can make the most of the electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and freezer to rustle up delicious meals, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer to offer a helping hand for the duration of your stay.
Recently renovated with comfort and families in mind, you will find a games room with pool table, and selection of board games to keep those of all ages entertained. On the second floor is the first of the six bedrooms, with three double rooms (two with ensuite), plus a separate single and family bathroom. Up the stairs to the third floor two further double bedrooms both with shower room en suites.
Immerse yourself in your surroundings by taking a stroll through the bustling coastal town, where you will find a large selection of pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops. The town is full of character with its narrow streets, as well as award-winning fish and chips, traditional Welsh ice-cream and seaside rock. There are the obligatory souvenirs, buckets and spades etc., as well as three major supermarkets for those who prefer to self-cater.
Pwllheli meaning 'salt-water pool' and pronounced Pwlh-hell-ee is a great base for touring the waters of Cardigan Bay and the Irish Sea, as well as enjoying leisurely coastal cruises to catch glimpses of seals, seabirds and dolphins.
Please be aware renovations of the ground floor apartment are due to continue until April 2023. Off road private parking is available to the rear of the property for two vehicles. The apartment is a 1st-3rd floor apartment and only accessible via a stairway.
