The interior is a love letter to the local shoreline. A coastal theme runs throughout the house, inspired by the vibrant prints of artist Dorian Spencer Davies. You'll find a different piece of his work in every room, each featuring the iconic beaches found along the Llyn coastal path, a perfect way to plan your next day's hike while you sip your morning coffee.

Through the home, eco-friendly ground-source heating keeping things toasty, with underfloor heating across the entire downstairs and in the bathroom, ideal for when you step out of the shower and aren't quite ready to face the bracing Welsh air. Follow the "tour" into the lounge, where a real fire is nestled into a massive original stone hearth, the ultimate antidote to a brisk afternoon walk.

Upstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms, each captured to make the most of those rolling landscapes and coastal vistas. The master suite features a king-size bed and an ensuite with a power walk-in shower, while another king-size room boasts its own fireplace for maximum atmosphere. A third king bedroom also enjoys its own en-suite. The fourth bedroom offers ultimate flexibility for your group; currently set as a twin room, it can easily be configured as a luxurious superking upon request. Whether you choose these or the flexible superking, every window serves up a curated view of the coast and countryside. While the aesthetic is sleek and modern, the property is built to inclusive standards with wide doorways and a dedicated ground-floor wet-room.

We’re happy to welcome 2 well-behaved dogs. Please keep them supervised at all times and don’t leave them unattended. To keep the space comfy for everyone, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. Feel free to bring their favourite bed, blanket, and anything else to make them feel at home!
To keep your furry companions safe, we recommend not leaving them unattended in the garden and always keeping a watchful eye on them during their outdoor adventures. Please make sure to clean up after your dogs in the garden and surrounding areas.
