Positioned around an attractive central courtyard, the property features exceptional standards of design yet retains an abundance of rustic features including exposed beams, granite stone walls and solid timber flooring, which are beautifully contrasted by a luxurious fully fitted kitchen and modern bathrooms. The comfortable lounge area is the perfect space to view the flat screen TV, browse through an extensive range of books or challenge the family or friends to one of the traditional board games available.

The Hay Barn features a king-size master bedroom. The second bedroom offers a super-king bed (or twin conversion). A sofa bed situated in the lounge quickly and easily transforms into a king size bed to provide a comfortable night's sleep for a further two guests. The Jack and Jill bathroom has a deep, luxurious tub and a shower. On the ground floor is a second bathroom which includes a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.
