Dream Villa Pilias with Panoramic Sea and Mountain Views

Villa Pilias sits about 80 meters above sea level on the edge of the small Greek village Kamaria, near Finikounda in the Pylos-Nestoras region. The main town of Pylos, with its famous Navarino Bay, is 20 km away. The spacious area around Pylos is called Pilias, which gives the villa its name. Completed in 2012, the villa features underfloor heating that cools the entire house in summer, ensuring a quiet and draft-free climate. All three bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for heating in winter. This is also possible via the central underfloor heating with an electric boiler.



Thanks to its elevated location, a pleasant breeze always blows here, making the Greek summer heat comfortable. Compared to a direct beachfront location, you will experience fewer insects and less humidity at night.



The villa offers a 42-inch Full HD TV with satellite reception, a Blu-ray player, and a receiver with docking station for various devices or USB sticks. One bedroom has an additional flat-screen TV. Four sun loungers invite you to relax on the 50 sqm terrace, which also features an awning for shade and a large table with six chairs for outdoor or indoor dining. All windows are fitted with insect screens.



From the terrace, enjoy postcard-worthy views of the mountains, the sea, and the surrounding olive groves. In front of the kitchen, a Kalamata olive tree with seating awaits you. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee makers, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The bathroom has a washing machine, and outside you will find a large gas grill.
