The perfect hotel

It was an amazing- the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect between the ocean and the mountains- very close to the old souk and Byblos Castle. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Disgusting place to stay

I had to change my room because of the car garage workshop very noisy, no internet connection anywhere in a hotel, poor breakfast provided, can hear other people next room their activities and not clean room.

I booked this hotel last minute for extra family member. Location is ok if u have a car. If u are entering from the back side, they should put signs to reach the lobby.

It is a rubbish hotel

i was really shocked about everything, this is not a hotel, smell like rubbish, cleanliness is very poor, rooms are very old and uncomfortable, too noisy from the nearby motorway, the under ground parking smells very bad so u need to hold your breath. I do not recommend this hotel what so ever. I just spent one night and cancelled my booking next day.

Comfortable bed, decent room, thin walls.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was especially great. The shower head was not great and certainly not befitting a spa hotel, but not the worst thing in the world. No fresh juice at breakfast was a disappointment - asking for orange juice got me Fanta! And the milk was powdered or off - it was lumpy. Other than that, the breakfast was fine and the lobby was very pretty. We could hear everything that went on in the room next door and outside, which on the weekend is quite loud, but it's probably because it's a good location.

Don,t stay here!!!

The worst hotell ever, nothing that is specified that should be in the room was there, the lamp in the toilet was broken, the fridge was broken and the room was very dirty. We was a group of 16people that had booked several rooms and after the first night we decided to check in at an other hotel. Hotels.com should think once again before offering this hotel to their costumers. Saw your money and don’t book this hotell.
