A peaceful base for discovering Shetland’s dramatic coastline, wildlife, beaches, and festivals like Up Helly Aa.

Inside, Botaira is bright, comfortable, and designed to make the most of its coastal setting. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area gives you plenty of space to settle in, with large windows, underfloor heating, and a dedicated workspace for anyone mixing travel with work.

The main bedroom has a double bed and sea views, while the second bedroom can be arranged as either a king-size bed or two singles, giving flexible sleeping options for couples, friends, or small families. The bathroom is modern and practical, and quality bedding helps make longer stays feel easy and restful.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine, so whether you’re staying for a few nights or longer, you’ll have everything you need close at hand.

great location for us - just outside lerwick, but also great for the South/sumburgh and west mainland. Great view, and all the amenities were excellent.
