La Casa di Margot

Take a trip down memory lane in our fully renovated Casa di Margot, made especially for you! The entire apartment, from floor to ceiling, was completely redone offering you all the comfort and design you need. It’s located on the first floor with a spacious, open layout and a private patio/backyard area perfect for hosting.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room comes equipped with a flatscreen tv so you can ‘Netflix and chill’ in your spare time. The couch expands offering space for at least two more people to sleep. A bar top with stools separates the living space from the brand new kitchen which has it all; cooking stove, oven, dishwasher and a hidden cabinet-style refrigerator.

PRIVATE BACKYARD
Sliding doors open out into the private backyard where you will see a comfy patio set ideal for having your coffee or tea in the morning. The backyard has a modern design with brand new turf, a charming lemon tree in the center and automatic lighting once the sun goes down.
Laundry is also found around the bend and beach equipment will be left for your convenience; such as towels, umbrellas, volleyballs, etc.

BEDROOM
The spacious bedroom offers a queen size bed, two floating nightstands and a large wardrobe big enough for all the clothes and shoes you wish to bring!

BATHROOM
This is where you’ll probably get caught taking selfies while brushing your teeth and we’re all for it! Margot (or Lupin) will greet you every morning. When you’re done with the photos, enjoy a refreshing shower with two different sprinkler heads to choose from and a heating towel rack for your convenience

La Casa di Margot

Fai un viaggio spettacolare nella Casa di Margot tutta completamente rinnovata, fatto apposta per te! L'intero appartamento, dal pavimento al soffitto, è stato completamente rifatto offrendovi tutto il comfort e il design di cui avete bisogno. Si trova al primo piano con una disposizione spaziosa e aperta e un patio/cortile privato perfetto per ospitare.

SOGGIORNO E CUCINA
Il soggiorno è dotato di una TV a schermo piatto, così puoi "Netflix e rilassarti" nel tuo tempo libero. Il divano si espande offrendo spazio per almeno altre due persone per dormire. Un piano bar con sgabelli separa lo spazio abitativo dalla nuovissima cucina che ha tutto; piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, microonde, e frigorifero incassato.

GIARDINO PRIVATO
Le porte scorrevoli si aprono nel cortile privato dove vedrai un comodo patio, ideale per prendere un caffè o un tè al mattino. Il cortile ha un design moderno con erba nuova di zecca, un affascinante albero di limoni al centro e illuminazione automatica una volta che il sole tramonta o sorge. Li troverai la lavanderia insieme all'attrezzatura da spiaggia che sarà lasciata per la tua comodità; come asciugamani, sedie da spiaggia ombrellone, ecc.

CAMERA DA LETTO
La spaziosa camera da letto offre un letto queen size, due comodini sospesi e un grande armadio abbastanza grande per tutti i vestiti e le scarpe che desideri portare!

BAGNO
È qui che probabilmente verrai sorpreso a fare selfie mentre ti lavi i denti, “e ci sta!”siamo tutti favorevoli! Margot ti accoglierà ogni mattina. Quando hai finito con le foto, goditi una doccia rinfrescante con due diverse teste di irrigazione. Il bagno e dotato di un termo arredo dove puoi appendere i tuoi asciugamani o semplicemente farti riscaldare nelle giornate fredde!
