Holiday home located in the coast between Cagliari and Villasimius in the town "Sant'Andrea" belonging to the municipality of Quartu S. Elena. The structure, located in a charming residence surrounded by greenery, 150 meters from the sea, covers 2 levels and has, on the ground floor, a large hall at the entrance with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining room, a laundry area with washer and a bathroom; in the first floor there are n. 2 rooms of which n. 1 double and n. 1 triple. All rooms are air conditioned. Front and rear garden equipped with barbeque, table and outdoor shower. Parking inside the residence, opposite the entrance to the cottage. Thanks to the network of public transport the area is well-connected to Cagliari with the most popular seaside resorts of Villasimius and Costa Rei.

Perfect getaway

Lovely, well kept property in a peaceful neighbourhood/complex. Close to beach and supermarkets. Has everything you need, and having the upstairs balcony to have morning coffee was delightful as you get to enjoy the sunshine. Host looked after us well and the property is located great for exploring, not too far from Cagliari airport either. Will love to return

The house could need an upgrade. Handles fell of doors and signs from the Civis 19 period was still hanging on the walls. It was a bit difficult for us to the information about check inn. It caused a bit of frustration. It qould be a good idea if the hosts of the house made a guide and informstion about the house and area. It could be a welcome guide that included information about handling the garbage, good places to eat, and things to know about trips and olaces to visit near bye.

the house is more beautiful in person

we loved the house! it was big, clean and luminous. Daniele and Martina helped us with the check-in and other necessities. I can’t recommend more coming to this house in sardenya. The neighborhood was beautiful and comfy, near of beaches and cagliari (by car)

Ottimo potenziale della casa ma con mille cose da sistemare

Casa potenzialmente bella ed ampia, vicino al mare, in un residence bello e con supermercati annessi. Purtroppo però una grande sensazione di abbandono a se stessa.... zanzariere praticamente tutte rotte, maniglie delle porte che rimangono in mano, formiche nel soggiorno , divano in similpelle che si sgretola, cartelli rimasti appesi dalle normative Covid e pulizia abbastanza sommaria. Un gran peccato. Mi auguro che la recensione sia di spunto per la proprietà per sistemarla. A quel punto tornerei molto volentieri.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren zu viert 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist vollkommen ausreichend. Negativ ist, dass von einem Garten gesprochen wurde es aber nur eine Terrasse ist. Der Strand ist wirklich um die Ecke. Leider gibt es hier keine Strandbar. Für Abendunterhaltung musste immer der Wagen genutzt werden. Mückenschutz ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln

Wir haben uns auf einen schönen Aufenthalt am Meer gefreut. Die Lage zum Meer und zum Supermarkt ist gut. Es ist ruhig - es sei denn, die Handwerker im Haus nebenan arbeiten den ganzen Tag…Das Haus ist hellhörig. Der Empfang fand erst ca 45 Min. nach unserem Telefonat statt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Bei unserem 1. Abendessen fiel das Gas aus. Nach 1 h erhielten wir dankenswerterweise um 22 h eine neue Gasflasche. In der Küche fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine. Selbst die Bialetti war defekt. Löslicher Kaffee war die Konsequenz. Ein Toaster fehlt. Es ist keine Suppenkelle vorhanden. Der Herd hat nur 3 von 4 Kochstellen. Das Licht in der Dunstabzugshaube ist ausgefallen. Die Küche hat keine ausreichende Beleuchtung. Die Kunststoffmöbel auf der Terasse waren nicht gereinigt und wirken ungepflegt. Im Schlafzimmer war der Blick vom Balkon wunderschön. Allerdings fiel dort wie bei den Türen in den Badezimmern der Griff häufig ab, da das Aussenteil des Griffs fehlte. Der Tisch hatte nur einen Stuhl. Der Wäscheständer fehlte bis zum letzten Wochenende. Die Waschmaschine verrichtete ihren Dienst problemlos. Wir mussten die Wäsche auf dem Kleiderständer und den Stühlen trocknen. In den Badezimmern fehlen Trocknungsmöglichkeiten für große Handtücher. Die in der Anzeige gezeigte Sonnenliege fehlte. Die Couch im Wohnzimmers war abgedeckt. Darunter war die Couch defekt und als Schlafstätte ungeeignet. Die Matratze im 2. Schlafzimmer versandet.

Ottima soluzione indipendente

Casa spaziosa e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per una vacanza senza stress. Area per pranzare all'aperto, tanto verde, vicino a supermercato, ottima base per visitare tutte le meravigliose spiagge della costa meridionale. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Residence Solemar 2019

Ottimo appartamento per 4 persone ben arredato e nel verde. Posto macchina vicino all'ingresso dell'abitazione e all'interno di grande giardino condominiale chiuso con cancello automatico rispetto alle zone pubbliche. Zona molto tranquilla con una spiaggia di ciottoli misto sabbia a circa 100/150 metri. Supermercato di alimentari a circa 500 metri. Da rivedere la sistemazione del frigo, distante dal locale cucina, in quanto scomodo per l'utilizzo. Sistemare alcune maniglie dei serramenti e la zanzariera lato giardino e in quanto non adeguatamente funzionanti. Complessivamente giudizio molto positivo.

Insgesamt angenehmer Eindruck

Das Haus ist insgesamt in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Aussenmobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küche ist nur für gelegentliches Kochen eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Silikonfugen in den Bädern bedürfen einer Erneuerung. Angenehmes Ambiente, wir fühlten uns wohl.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison. Le propriétaire est très sympa et disponible. La maison est grande propre, vraiment très agréable ! Les 2 salles de bain sont pratiques pour les grandes familles. Très bonne expérience

Unkomplizierter und netter Vermieter

Wir waren zufrieden! Vermieter um die Ecke, Genug Platz, sauber, Parkplatz war auch gut, Lage nah zu Cagliari (12km) war auch gut. Einzig etwas wenig Besteck (normales Butterstreichmesser für Frühstück) wäre noch was und Müslischalen, solche Sachen. War aber nicht ein Problem. Wir klingelten beim Vermieter und er hat uns dann noch Tassen gegeben! Wir würden wieder kommen! Danke!

beaucoup de possibilités

l'appartement possède beaucoup de pièces adaptables selon les besoins, en hiver on a beaucoup aimé la pièce vitrée orientée sud; beaucoup de possibilités de couchages aussi. Peti bémol: lumières artificielles manquant de subtilité, une ou deux petites lampes mobiles seraient agréables pour adoucir les ambiances de nuit.

Maison mitoyenne donc forcément un peu bruyante à 5 minutes à pieds d'une plage de sable. Nous préférions malgré tout d'autres plages en prenant la voiture. Literies très bonnes. maison spacieuse et confortable. barbecue à disposition. Bien équipée de la climatisation (séjour et chambres). 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes bien pratiques quand on est en groupe. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Commerces et restaurant à 500m. Proche de Cagliari

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnanlage, wo sonst nur Einheimische wohnen. Sehr ruhig und sicher. Es sind etwa 200 m zum Strand. Supermarkt mit großem Angebot sowie Restaurants sind ca. 400-500 m entfernt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarn. Das Haus ist groß, hat 2 komplette Bäder und eine schöne Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas kompletter ausfallen, war aber ausreichend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns prächtig erhohlt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Tout est parfait!!!!

Propriétaire sympa et discret . Grande maison pratique et tres propre la douche a l exterieur pour le retour de la plage est au top. Plage a moins de cinq minutes a pied et surtout on est pas coller les uns aux autres . Super coins de tres bon resto. Superette PAM a proximité pratique et pas plus cher que les hypers . On y reviendra certainement . Merci daniele Porru .

Très bon séjour

Mme Porru est une propriétaire très à l'écoute de ses hôtes, ayant répondu à toutes nos demandes d'information et à nos attentes. La maison est très soignée, spacieuse et la description de l'annonce correspond à la réalité. La maison est dans un environnement résidentiel calme, verdoyant avec la mer à 400m; le supermarché est à 1km ainsi qu'un restaurant- le Clipper (bonnes prestations avec cadre plaisant); les transports en commun permettent de se rendre facilement à Cagliari (bus tous les 20 mm); Néanmoins, pour visiter les environs ou sortir (bars, restaurants), il est préférable d'avoir ou de louer une voiture. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
