In the south of Sardinia and only 100 m from the sandy beach, the holiday house Casa Marisol is located in Quartu Sant' Elena. This cosy accommodation, furnished in Mediterranean-Sardinian style and particularly suitable for family holidays, offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a sofa bed for 2 people and a single bed), one bathroom as well as a half-bath, and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-fi, air conditioning and satellite TV.



In the private outdoor area you will find a well-kept garden, a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Start your day here with a delicious breakfast or round off mild summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine. All important shops and stores are only 600 m away from the residence (like a market, restaurants, a pizzeria, a ATM or the post office). Other shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are only 2.1 km or a 4-minute drive away and the centre of Cagliari is a 20-minute drive away.



A sports club is also only 50 metres from the property (tennis, football, basketball and volleyball; day tickets are available). In summer there is also a kiosk on the beach. The absolute highlight, however, is the direct access to the fine sandy beach, Spiaggia Flumini. The accommodation Casa Marisol is also an excellent starting point to discover the beautiful beaches of South Sardinia like Geremeas, Mari Pintau, Costa Rei and Villasimius.





Parking is available on the property and on the road. The bus stop is an 8-minute walk away; a shuttle service from the airport, port or train station is also available upon request (extra charge, must be arrangement). If you arrive by car, parking in public places is free of charge. There is a parking place for bicycles and motorcycles in the private garden. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
