Just located at a short walk from the charming beach of Margine Rosso we offer a just renovated 50 square meters little loft. The apartament is created in unique and strategic place with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Cagliari. It covers our property's ground floor, the swimming pool is for the sole use of the guests and us, the landlords Giuseppe and Francesca, with a garage, an automated opening gate and CCTV on the entire outside area.

It is a delightful open space with a fully equipped kitchen, including induction hob, electric and microwave oven plus dishwasher; confortable sleeping area fitted with a double bed, spacious wardrobe and, in the living room, a sofa bed plus a full comfortable bathroom, all finely furnished. 55 "4K TV, Wi Fi connection, air conditioning and led illumimation are included.

Outside we created an enjoyable patio, designed and furnished for outdoor dining with a prestigious borderless liner pool with a nice shallow side to relax completely lying down in the water, plus two loungers, seats and beach umbrellas available. Enjoy night swimming with the fashinating led illumination!
