Welcome to the cozy Nicolo’s Home, located on the ground floor of an elegant and recently built condominium situated in a residential area just a few steps from the sea, offering a relaxing vacation in the South of Sardinia. The house is strategically positioned between Poetto, Cagliari, and Villasimius, making it the perfect destination for a gateway focused on relaxation, the sea, and delightful Sardinian cuisine.

With two bedrooms (one double and one triple) our home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, making it perfect for two couples, a family with children, or groups of traveling friends seeking a relaxing escape. The apartment is elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts such as high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic up to 2.5 Gigabit/s speed), a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and air conditioning.

The strategic location of the house makes it an ideal base for your vacation in southern Sardinia, whether you're traveling for business, with family, or on a romantic trip. It is 10-minutes walking distance from Poetto Beach, 5 minutes from Molentargius Park where you can observe pink flamingos during sunset, and a 40-minute drive from the spectacular Villasimius. The center of Cagliari is easily reachable within 20 minutes by bus from nearby public transportation bus stops.

The property covers an area of 65 m² on the ground floor, all on one level. It consists of a charming living room with a sofa bed, a modern and equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a modern shared bathroom with potential other guests, and an outdoor veranda. It's ideal for accommodating up to 5 people, making it perfect for a small family, two couples, or a group of friends looking for an escape from daily stress.

The house has been recently renovated, it's lovely and bright, carefully furnished to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

You will have high-speed Wi-Fi with fiber optic (up to 2.5 Gigabit/s of speed), a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, and TV. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, kettle, cutlery, plates/glasses, microwave, oven, and fridge/freezer with a convenient table. The bathroom is complete with a spacious shower, bidet, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

The entire house is at your disposal, and every detail has been thought of to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. The two bedrooms are private and share a bathroom.

Guests can access the apartment through a condominium gate and a private entrance door.

Other things to keep in mind:

-Check-in from 3:00 PM.
-Check-out at 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning.
-Bed sheets and towels are provided on the check-in day and are included in the price.
-After each guest change, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, ventilated, and sanitized.
-Free street parking is available.
-Pets are not allowed in the apartment due to condominium regulations.
-The loss of keys will result in compensation for the cost of new locks and 4 sets of keys. If the guest locks the keys inside the property or breaks the keys, there will be a charge of 40 euros for property unlocking/new locks cost. After 8:00 PM, the charge for property unlocking is 80 euros.

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub. The front desk is open around the clock.
