On request it is possible to use summer / winter air conditioners with a small additional cost. The area is very silent. The Poetto beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot (1000 meters) in a beautiful landscape context in the wetlands of the Molentargius Park: a short distance away you can admire pink flamingos and other water birds. The center of Quartu can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes.
