Kurz zusammengefasst: Super Lage, super Aussicht, super Ausstattung, super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Für 6 Erwachsene fänd ich persönlich es zu eng, für 4-5 wäre es aber gut möglich. Fedele ist ein sehr engagierter und freundlicher Vermieter, der immer schnell reagiert hat. Ein ruhiger Strand ist sehr nah, man sieht direkt von der Terrasse drauf, und es gibt dort einen privaten Parkplatz. Die ruhige Lage war erholsam - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank!

Vue fantastique sur la côte et la mer, très calme et spacieux. Équipement comme à la maison, beaucoup de linges et cuisine très complète. Nous avons bien profité du barbecue et des transats sur la terrasse.La terrasse est toujours ombragée, idéale pour les repas.À notre arrivée, fruits, bouteilles d’eau et liqueurs nous attendaient, merci !La plage est très belle, on peut y aller à pied mais attention, le retour est plus difficile car ça monte et dur sous le soleil et la chaleur. Place de parking réservée pour aller à la plage mais peu utilisée car pas forcément pratique.Très agréable d’avoir 2 salles de bain et wc mais pb d’évacuation de l’eau.Le Monsieur est très sympathique et gentil mais la communication pas simple car pas du tout d’anglais , que de l’italien !Le côté négatif d’être un peu isolé: supermarchés loins , obligé de prendre constamment la voiture pour faire les courses.Nous recommandons vivement cette location !!

Vacanza organizzata all'ultimo ma ripagata dalla bellezza del luogo che ci ha ospitato. Villetta sulla prima collina con vista sulla spiaggia di Gemereas. Casa pulita, curata nei minimi dettagli ed un host disponibile e fonte di informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno

Bei der Beschreibung der 2 Schlafzimmer sollte erwähnt werden, dass es sich um Stockbetten handelt.

Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das wiegt der Ausblick von und der Aufenthalt auf der Veranda mehr als auf.

Super schönes Haus…

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging nur auf italienisch, aber dann sehr gut, Dank Google Translate. Das Haus ist schön zu zweit, das hintere Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Dachfenster und wäre auf Dauer nichts, wobei man eh nur zum Schlafen dort ist. Wir können alles sehr empfehlen. Top Sauber, schöne Handtücher. Sehr netter Gastgeber.

Soggiorno indimenticabile l appartamento situato in una posizione strategica con un panorama straordinario fornito di tutti confort compreso cibo e prodotti pulizie e igiene personale . Il proprietario Sig Fedele una persona unica di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità eccellente . Un uomo dalle mille qualita che ha reso la nostra vacanza davvero indimenticabile. Très beau logement

La vue depuis la terrasse est à coupé le souffle. Accès privé à la résidence et à la plage. La maison n’est pas climatisée c’est le seule point négatif. Tout était extrêmement propre nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci Fidèle

Formidable !

La maison est très propre, à 15mn à pied de la plage la plus proche. La plage de Marie Pintau et ses eaux cristallines est un peu plus loin mais vaut le détour. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée, agréable à vivre, avec une vue magnifique. La situation géographique est idéale pour rayonner dans le sud. Une petite épicerie est à 10mn à pied, et un supermarché à 10mn en voiture. Fidele est très disponible, généreux (merci pour la dégustation de liqueur ;-)) et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils. Encore merci pour tout !

Splendida posizione vista mare

Abbondantemente fornito di tutto, l'appartamento è bello, spazioso e in un'ottima posizione. Si può raggiungere la spiaggia sottostante anche a piedi percorrendo una scalinata con inevitabila dislivello non adatta a passeggini. Anche l'accesso dal parcheggio alla casa presenta 2 rampe di scale cmq agevoli per giovani e famiglie. I padroni di casa sono cordiali, disponibili e molto generosi. La zona ricca di mare meraviglioso (riserva naturale) è molto tranquilla la sera, per vedere gente si deve raggiungere Villasimius o Cagliari. Il negozio più vicino è il classico "di tutto un po' " e' quasi a livello spiaggia.

Fedele e la moglie sono due persone molto gentili e cordiali, l appartamento ha tutto ciò che può servire, pulito ordinato e ben accessoriato, si trova in una zona molto comoda per visitare tutta la zona e ha una visuale dalla terrazza che non ha confronti
