La casa è vicina alla spiaggia del Poetto , a soli 10 di macchina ma volendo facendo una passeggiata ci si arriva lo stesso L'appartamento è molto pulito e accogliente.tutte le stanze hanno I condizionatori molto efficenti Inoltre c'è tanto parcheggio e vari supermercati nella zona. se si desidera andare a Cagliari sono 20 Min di macchina.Lo consiglio vivamente sia per l'accoglienza e sia per la casa che i presenta bene .
