Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of $800 is required to cover potential damages.
• If no damage is found, the hold will be released after check-out.
• Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.
• Please report any damage or issues to the property manager as soon as possible.
• The owner or property manager reserves the right to terminate the stay in the event of non-compliance with the house rules.

Important House Rules

• No smoking or vaping indoors. A $250 fine applies.
• Pets are allowed, with a maximum of one pet weighing up to 70 lbs. A $100 cleaning fee applies.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please respect the neighbors.
• All visitors must be approved in advance.
