On the first floor, you’ll find a magnificent living room, a large dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for preparing your favorite meals or enjoying takeout after a full day of exploring. This level also includes a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bedroom featuring two queen-size beds. A baby travel crib is available upon request ($10 per night, maximum $50 per stay). Step outside to the patio with an outdoor dining table overlooking Saint-Joseph Street.
Upstairs, a cozy lounge area invites you to relax with a drink or a good book. The second floor also offers another full bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with a king-size bed. An additional bedroom includes one queen bed and one double bed (accessible through another bedroom). You’ll also enjoy a second patio with breathtaking views of the northern mountains and Québec City’s Upper Town.

Parking is just a one-minute walk away. The address is 685 Sainte-Marguerite Street, and the rate is CAD $30 per day. There is also a drop-off zone right in front of the condo, allowing you to unload your luggage before heading to the parking lot.
*The condo is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building, so there are 3 flights of stairs to climb.

Saint-Roch is probably the trendiest neighborhood in the city, urban and vibrant. Its central location allows easy access to all major attractions. Walk along Saint-Joseph and Saint-Vallier Streets to enjoy the best restaurants, boutiques, and bars in the area! You’ll also find grocery stores and a SAQ (wine and spirits shop) nearby. You can easily walk to Old Quebec and the Petit Champlain district while enjoying the charming streets along the way. The apartment is also very close to the central train station!
Everything can be done on foot (walking is by far the easiest option). However, if you prefer, public transportation is available with several stops nearby. For groups, you can also order a taxi or an Uber and it's very convenient.
For those arriving at the airport, the apartment is only 15 minutes by car.
