Awful. No tile in the lobby with no signage. Looked run down from the moment you walk in. The room was clean but the beds were old and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress. One bed nearly flipped over when we sat on it because it wasn’t sturdy. The breakfast was awful. Felt like it was a prison breakfast with beans and somewhat toasted toast. Hallways smelled dank. It’s not a hotel, it’s a motel. Definitely had the vibe of a place that charges by the hour.

J’ai sĂ©journĂ© une nuit Ă  l’hĂŽtel Le Voyageur le 27 septembre 2025. CĂŽtĂ©s positifs: l’hĂŽtel est facile d’accĂšs et propose plusieurs espaces de stationnement gratuits. L’accueil est ouvert 24h/7, ce qui est pratique pour un check-in aprĂšs un mariage au milieu de la nuit. Le personnel est trĂšs aimable et professionnel. Les chambres sont d’une bonne taille, avec air climatisĂ© et mini frigo. Le dĂ©jeuner libre-service offre quelques options simples comme toasts, cĂ©rĂ©ales, bagels, muffins, bananes et fĂšves au lard. CĂŽtĂ©s nĂ©gatifs: la chambre #246 et la zone d'accueil auraient grandement besoin d’amour. La dĂ©co Ă©tait vieillotte et usĂ©e, la chambre trĂšs sombre avec seulement deux petites lampes et aucun plafonnier. Le bouton de l’échangeur d’air de la salle de bain Ă©tait brisĂ©, laissant une mauvaise odeur d’humiditĂ©. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenĂȘtre pour aĂ©rer, son mĂ©canisme Ă©tant lui aussi brisĂ©. Deux graffitis Ă©taient en plus visibles prĂšs du lavabo. Les autres chambres entrevues semblaient en meilleur Ă©tat, ce qui rend Ă©tonnant qu’on m’ait attribuĂ© celle-ci. Le tarif de 138$ tout inclus est trĂšs abordable comparĂ© Ă  d’autres Ă©tablissements. Je ne m’attendais donc pas au luxe, mais vu les problĂšmes rencontrĂ©s, je ne reviendrai pas Ă  cet hĂŽtel.

Spacious, quiet room with good size fridge and comfortable bed. Close access to #800 bus stop 20 minutes West to Quebec City Center and 15 minutes East to spectacular Montmorency waterfalls. Large supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast included was a bonus. Excellent value and reasonable price for a popular tourist destination

Poor quality dated hotel
