I was in the annex, building B. Lots of construction right below my window. Front door of building locks behind you and is very heavy. When you step outside the front door, you are immediately on the top of about 5 stone steps and the heavy door hits you from behind. Once it caught my coat and each of the subsequent times, the door hit me from behind. Time for me, but would have knocked a smaller or older person right down those stone steps. The adjacent restaurant, Taverne Louise, has the best French toast I’ve ever had. The building itself is very quiet, it’s just the construction outside the window that was noisy, and it will likely be over soon. Looks like water main or sewer repairs

The hotel overall was very nice! And the location of it could not have been any better, I was able to walk everywhere which was great since Quebec City has such scenic views! The staff was very friendly at the hotel.

There was a lot of construction in front of, and in the lobby of the hotel. A lot of noise and dirt outside and tricky for walking. Room was small but adequate. Breakfasts were excellent. Did not have dinner here due to limitations of menu selection. Check-in was slow. Hôtel was in walking distance of all types of shops and restaurants. Parking on site.

Nice hotel

I didn’t eat or drink there. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The port for the river cruise is a short distance away although rolling your luggage there is quite an endeavor but it’s too close to take a taxi.

Room was fine. A concert was near - but the music stopped at 11pm. An auto show was just outside the hotel and the location within the Old Town allowed a great path to seeing so much.

I never had a check in like this. Was welcome in the parking was offer to carry my luggage and finalize the parking logistic. The location and rhe room was excellent. Staff very attentive to our need. Only drawback the tv did not have the cable but streaming. Was unable to watch the Jays, (but they lost) so was not a big deal.
